Pooled
Your own database, encrypted store and private network, with the AI running on hardware we own in the UK and share across customers. For providers of one to five homes.
From £200 a home a month.
On a two-year term. £250 a home a month on a monthly one. No setup fee, and no billing by the bed.
Registering interest holds the price for you. We come back to confirm your size and say when the Pooled tier can take you. Nothing is signed by registering.

- What does the price include?
- The system with your records on it, hosted for you: the hardware, the hosting, backups, monitoring, updates and support. Nothing is sold and there is no capital cost. You pay a monthly subscription and we own and run the hardware.
- Do you bill by the bed or by the user?
- No billing by the bed, filled or empty. Dedicated is priced for the organisation, and for a group of homes it reads as a price per home. Pooled is priced per home. Your number depends on your size and we settle it with you before anything is signed.
- What happens to the price after I sign?
- It is held for twenty four months. A founding place starts at £1,000 a month, moves to £2,250 a month in year two, and nothing rises before month twenty five.
- Which tier is a fostering service on?
- Dedicated. Chrysalis Luna runs on hardware reserved for the fostering service alone. Fostering and children's homes run on separate hardware and are priced separately.
- Where does it run, and who can see our data?
- In a UK-owned facility under UK jurisdiction, written into the contract. There is exactly one named UK processor, Chrysalis AI, under a data processing agreement, and no AI model provider anywhere in the chain. On Dedicated the hardware is reserved for you. On Pooled the AI runs on hardware we own and share across customers, while your database, encrypted store, keys and private network stay your own.
- Can we leave, and what do we take with us?
- Your records export at no cost, with the audit chain, a verification report and the head digest, the fingerprint of the last entry, so whoever receives them can check them without asking us for anything.
