This notice covers what this website does with the information you send us. It does not cover the Chrysalis product itself, which is governed by the agreements we put in place with each customer.

What we collect

The information you send us when you register pilot interest or email us: your name, organisation, email address, and the contents of your message.

Pilot form submissions are stored in our own Microsoft 365 tenant, visible only to the Chrysalis AI team. They are not sent to any other third party, and never to an AI service.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use these details to respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest under UK GDPR.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

It also loads nothing from anyone else. Fonts, images and styles are served from this site, so visiting it does not hand your IP address to a third party before you have read a word.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
